1. TOUR PRICE
Tour prices quoted are in Hong Kong dollar and subject to change without prior notice.
Please check with your travel agent for confirmation of prices prior to booking.
2. RESERVATIONS
Reservations should be made at least 14 days in advance of departure. Late bookings of up to 3 days will only be accepted subject to the availability of accommodation and flights.
3. TRAVEL DOCUMENT & VISAS
Passengers are reminded to obtain a passport valid at least for 6 months and process necessary entry visa.
4. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Deposits and final payments must be made as follows :

*We reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notices if the deposit or balance is not paid by the deadlines as specified.
*All deposits are non-refundable once the package is confirmed.
5. AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Modifications and extensions must be made at the time of booking. No change / refund of any unused portion may be made after travel has commenced.
The following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to commencement of package:

Refunds must be applied for within 3 months of package departure date.
6. HOTELS ( LISTED HOTEL OR SIMILAR CLASS )
All rooms will be on 'run-of-house' basis. In the event that accommodation in the selected hotel is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative hotel of similar standard.
7. CHILDREN
Prices quoted are for children under the age of 12 on the date of departure.
8. CHILD NO BED
'Child no bed' must travel together and stay in same room with two adults. Only one 'child no extra bed' is allowed per room.
9. INSURANCE
Passengers are recommended to purchase individual travel insurance to cover their trip.
10. LIABILITIES
(I) The Organizers, the Travel Agent and the Operator shall not under any circumstances be liable, in contract, tort or otherwise, for :
( a ) any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any package participant which arises from or as a result of the delay or cancellation of any scheduled air/sea transportation ;
( b ) any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any package participant which arise from, or as a result of, changes in the travel programs, routes or time tables, provided that, in the case of such changes which result in a decrease in the cost to the Organizers, an amount equal and limited to such decrease only shall be refunded to the package participant.
( c ) any of the expenses, damages or loses incurred or sustained by any package participant, which arise from or as a result of the missing of the flight due to the package participant's failure to comply with airline check-in and boarding procedures.
(II) It is expressly declared that all the airlines concerned, their servants, agents and affiliates are not liable, in contract, tort or otherwise, for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to the package participants during the time in transit. The passenger ticket in use by such airlines, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tickets and/or the package participants, and the package participants shall be deemed to have full notice of the terms and conditions of such contractors.
(III) It is also expressly declared that the Organizers, the Travel Agent and the Tour Operator act only as agents for the owners or contractors providing the means of transportation or other services during the course of the tour. All tickets for such means of transportation or other services are issued subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided, (details available upon request) and the issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent by the package participants to the further condition that the Organizers and/or the Travel Agent and/or the Package Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or other inconveniences to the package participant, or to the property or effects of such package participant, howsoever caused by such means of transportation or other services.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizers have the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of force majeure, hostilities, accident or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizers, which render it necessary, in the Organizers' reasonable opinion, that such steps be taken. The Organizers shall be relieved of all liabilities and obligations resulting therefrom, upon notice to the package participants and full refund of any amount paid for the tour or the unused portions of the tour, as appropriate.
